Durante una reunión de acercamiento con más de 10 representantes consulares, se destacaron los avances significativos en materia de seguridad y la implementación de nuevas medidas para salvaguardar la integridad de los visitantes y habitantes del municipio.

El secretario de Seguridad Pública y Tránsito Municipal de Solidaridad, Raúl Tassinari, fue el encargado de dar a conocer los avances en seguridad durante el encuentro. Entre los logros mencionados se encuentran la instalación de 327 cámaras de vigilancia estratégicamente ubicadas en la zona turística y el puente vial, el fortalecimiento de la Policía Turística, Preventiva, Unidad Canina y Tránsito mediante la adquisición de equipo táctico y tecnológico de vanguardia, y el aumento en la contratación de elementos para mejorar la capacidad de respuesta y brindar una atención efectiva a los visitantes y residentes.

La obra del Tren Maya, que abarca diferentes tramos y se extiende desde Tulum hasta Escárcega, requiere de una amplia logística para llevar a cabo tareas como relleno y compactación de suelo, así como la colocación de terraplenes. Estos trabajos son coordinados por la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional (Sedena) y demandan un gran número de unidades de transporte de carga.

Los transportistas del sur del estado están participando activamente en los tramos seis y siete del proyecto, desempeñando un papel fundamental en la construcción del tren. El primer tramo tiene una longitud aproximada de 255.8 kilómetros, mientras que el segundo se extiende por alrededor de 254.5 kilómetros.

Según González Notario, durante el mes de junio se intensificarán los trabajos, incluso con turnos de 24 horas, para cumplir con los objetivos de la obra. En la actualidad, se están utilizando alrededor de 190 unidades de carga, incluyendo camiones tipo góndolas y tractocamiones, para el acarreo de material. Sin embargo, dada la necesidad de concluir la obra en tiempo y forma, es posible que se requiera duplicar la cantidad de unidades destinadas al transporte.

Con este fin, se tiene previsto incorporar camiones cañeros a los trabajos en función de las necesidades y la disponibilidad de los propietarios de estas unidades. Aunque no se ha determinado el número exacto de camiones cañeros que se sumarán, se espera que esta medida contribuya a agilizar las tareas de transporte en el proyecto del Tren Maya.

Es importante destacar que la zafra 2022-2023 de la industria azucarera en el sur de Quintana Roo finalizará a más tardar en la primera quincena de junio. Esto permitirá generar una derrama económica adicional para la población dedicada a esta industria en la región.

El objetivo principal de este megaproyecto, según el presidente Andrés López Obrador, es beneficiar a la mayor cantidad posible de habitantes del estado, no solo a aquellos que trabajan en el sector de la construcción, sino también a otros sectores como el comercial. Además, se espera que la llegada del Tren Maya beneficie a comunidades como Buenavista, en Bacalar, donde los ingresos pueden derivar incluso de la renta de casas o habitaciones.

Según el presidente, se espera que las primeras máquinas del tren arriben en julio del próximo año, mientras que las primeras pruebas se llevarán a cabo en agosto. Finalmente, se tiene planeado que el 1 de diciembre de 2023 el Tren Maya entre en operaciones, marcando un hito importante en el desarrollo del transporte y el turismo en la región sureste de México.

El incidente tuvo lugar en las inmediaciones de la colonia In House, mientras los Policías Preventivos realizaban labores de patrullaje.

Durante su recorrido, los agentes observaron a un individuo que portaba un chaleco y lo que parecía ser un arma de fuego. Actuando con prontitud, los oficiales se acercaron al sospechoso. Sin embargo, al percatarse de la presencia policial, el hombre apuntó a los oficiales con el objeto metálico en cuestión.

En estricto cumplimiento de los protocolos de seguridad y reacción, los agentes procedieron a asegurar al individuo de manera inmediata. El sospechoso, identificado como Kevin “N”, de 18 años y originario de la ciudad, fue trasladado y puesto a disposición de la Fiscalía General del Estado.

Las autoridades correspondientes tomarán las medidas necesarias para llevar a cabo el deslinde de responsabilidades y determinar la legalidad de las acciones llevadas a cabo por el individuo. La réplica del arma de fuego fue asegurada como evidencia para la investigación en curso.

  • El H. Ayuntamiento de Othón P. Blanco, a través de sus dependencias y en coordinación con la Comisión Nacional Forestal, ha llevado a cabo una importante labor de poda para mitigar los riesgos asociados a las intensas lluvias que han azotado al municipio.

La Dirección de Desarrollo Urbano, Medio Ambiente y Ecología de Othón P. Blanco, en colaboración con los Servicios Públicos Municipales y la Comisión Nacional Forestal, ha llevado a cabo una importante labor de poda para mitigar los riesgos asociados a las intensas lluvias que han azotado al Estado en los últimos días.

Durante el proceso de inspección, se detectaron árboles afectados por plagas, los cuales han sido debidamente podados para evitar su propagación. Además, se identificaron ramas que, debido a su peso, representaban un peligro potencial para la ciudadanía, y han sido retiradas de manera segura.

Cada árbol evaluado ha sido analizado individualmente, considerando sus condiciones y necesidades específicas. Aquellos ejemplares con ramas secas o huecas han sido intervenidos para mejorar su estado de follaje y reducir los riesgos en áreas públicas.

Con estas acciones, se busca garantizar la seguridad y bienestar de la comunidad frente a los fenómenos climáticos adversos.
